Ann Keeling

Senior Fellow

Ms. Keeling is Chair of the NGO, Age International and BoardMember and Senior Fellow with Women in Global Health. She was CEO of two global NGOs, and Head of Gender Equality for the UK Government and UNFPA Country Representative in Pakistan.
From 2008 and 2012 she was Chief Executive Officer of the International Diabetes Federation and in 2009 founded the Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) Alliance and led the successful civil society campaign for a UN High Level Meeting on NCDs. Ms. Keeling spent nine years in Pakistan with the British Council, DFID, UNDP and UNFPA and also held senior posts with the Government of Papua New Guinea, and Commonwealth Secretariat. Ann Keeling studied at the University of Oxford in the UK, Ann Arbor University in the US, and the People’s University in Beijing, China.
